| 1 cup | | Organic Cornmeal |
| 1 cup | | Organic Whole Wheat Pastry Flour |
| 2 | | Eggs |
| 1/3 cup | | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 1-1/2 cup | | Almond milk (or 2% regular Milk) |
| 1/3 cup | | Grade B Maple Syrup |
| 1 Tablespoon | | Baking powder |
| 1 pinch | | Salt |
Procedure
Oil a 9 inch round baking pan or cast iron skillet
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend all dry ingredients in one bowl, mix all liquid ingredients in another.
Combine the two other and blend until all dry ingredients are combined with the wet ingredients.
Pour into pan or skillet and bake for about 25 minutes.
Serves 6 healthy appetities.
