Our Programs: Teaching Kitchens & Kitchen Design

Sustainable materials, efficient cooking and lighting systems, and air quality control are used to build kitchen and instructional areas that protect student health. Health and learning are inseparable, so FGTT works only with architects, contractors, gardeners, and companies who are experts in natural, sustainable, green design.

We create teaching and production kitchens that are teaching tools because of their design, renewable power sources, and building materials. They are centers for eating and living green through cooking classes, school meals, and modeling sustainable cleaning.
